A newly discovered journal that is believed to contain the Great Journey of the Padfutonian through the rainforests of Temburong is currently being deciphered. It should be released as at of tomorrow, the 26th sun of the 8th moon.
Journal 25-08.
It has been a wonderful day at the fort. Although we were exhausted from the Great Journey, we had little choice but to return to our posts behind the walls.
As at of this day, I was assigned to work starting from the second shift onwards. Therefore, I have free times during the first shift. I took the opportunity to speak to my fellow legionnaire Hui Yen, who is infact one of the nicest person I've met. We talked through till the 0845 bell about interestingly interesting stuff, such as and ongoing "duel" between an ISB legionnaire and a SAS legionnaire. =) i hope you're reading this, Mo.
The next shift i was assigned to learn their languages. It was familiar to me, English, but it was nothing i had expected.
The poems, the literature, no comprehension, no composition, no grammar, just literature. They were IMPOSSIBLE, simply IMPOSSIBLE to understand. I cannot understand the poems at all, they wrote in a language i REFUSE to classify as English. I believe english will be one of the greatest challenges for me in this Fort.
Ah, but the next shift. It was simply wonderfull! I took Music as an Arts course, and the first thing my music instructor told us to do was to compose a piece from a set of simple chords. Was that my thing! i had so much fun i was quite disappointed at the ringing of the bells.
After lunch, that came mathematics.
For those back at Fort SAS! Believe this! the Math (higher Level) they do in IB - Its 95% identical to O'level Additional Mathematics! I've checked the whole WHOLE textbook! There's only 2 topics we haven't learnt. Everything else is repeated. So those legionnaires from SAS who are intending to transfer to Fort ISB, pay attention to SAS AMATH classes and you'll breeze through here like drinking from a bottle. =)
There isn't much left to be written on this journal. Soon my journals, i promise, will consist no more of the jobs i do, but more of my personal life. Till then, thanks friends.
A little ps.
I'm rapidly losing interest in the legionnaire i've been noticing. She just ignores me, for reasons unknown. I know she knows me, I know she would talk to me if she wanted to. But she doesnt. I'm not happy one bit, its these kind of people im not too fond of. I really dislike those who pretend i don't exist.
She would have been a great friend too.
It's probably awkward to say this but i have to thank Ann Lee, Hui Yen, Amirah, Nyssa and a handfull of others who helped make my transition easier than it would originally have been. Notice they're all girls. 0.o Hmm........... I won't know why.
Fort ISB, its becoming a colder place than it would seem.. Till the rise of the next sun, I put my quill down.
